Dogtown Apartments Pet Policy Details

Pet Policy & Fees

Both dogs (see restrictions) & cats are welcome.

Maximum of two pets per apartment.
$35 per month for the first pet.
$50 per month for two pets.
No visiting pets.

Restricted Breeds

The following restricted breeds can be allowed on a case by case basis with management’s consent. May be permitted with a temperament test.

Restricted: Pit bulls, (including American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, American Bull Dogs, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Great Danes, St. Bernhards, and Akitas.

All other animals are prohibited, including snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas.
